ANM Properties Announces Addition To First Floor Of Bangor’s Historic Nichols Block
Bangor, Maine – Financial planning and payroll processing firm, Thompson-Hamel, has entered into a long-term lease with ANM Properties to move into the first floor of downtown Bangor’s historic Nichols Block on Exchange Street.
“We will occupy the 1,600 square foot first floor,” said Brian Hamel, Managing Partner of Thompson-Hamel, “We are extremely excited to be a part of the resurgence of this historic property and look forward to our continued expansion into the Bangor market as well as being an active member of the Bangor business community.”
While initially Presque Isle-based, Thompson-Hamel has been serving clients in greater Bangor for years. Owners Brian Hamel and Bryan Thompson further expanded and established Bangor operations by purchasing Farrington Financial Group and operating out of Farrington’s State Street offices in November 2016. Adam Moskovitz has purchased six Exchange Street buildings, including the Nichols Block, as one 53,000-square-foot property in October.
“The Nichols Block is quickly becoming a cornerstone of downtown Bangor’s renewed vibrancy,” said ANM Properties CEO, Adam Moskovitz, “We are pleased that Thompson-Hamel is literally getting in on the ground floor. ”

Thompson-Hamel will move into the Nichols Building this fall.
